On Thursday, 5 June 2025 UD Trucks Southern Africa, in partnership with Combined Motor Holdings (CMH) officially opened a new, state-of-the-art dealership in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal — a key milestone in its journey toward retail excellence and future-ready customer support.
Attended by global, regional and media stakeholders, including amongst others Koichi Ito, President and CEO of UD Trucks Corporation, Sean Singleton, Franchise Director at CMH, Fabrice Gorlier, Senior Vice President of UD Trucks International Sales, and Filip Van den Heede, Managing Director of UD Trucks Southern Africa, the opening highlights the brand’s continued investment in the region.
The 28,000 m² facility includes 13 fully equipped service bays, a modern customer-reception area, and inclusive driver amenities — all designed to deliver smart, efficient, and customer-focused service.
